Commercial drain surveys and jetting
Bob's Your Uncle Drainage provides commercial CCTV drain surveys and high-pressure jetting across Essex, London and the South East. Engineer Bobby Caulfield has 20 years' experience in drainage.
What we do
- CCTV drain, sewer and highway drainage surveys: non-invasive inspections to identify defects, blockages, collapses, root ingress and deterioration.
- Large-diameter surveys: pan-and-tilt crawler cameras for pipes from 100mm to 2m in diameter, with cable reels covering runs up to 300m from one access point.
- Coded survey reports: WRc-trained engineers code surveys to MSCC5 and report in WinCan VX.
- Section 104 surveys: pre-adoption CCTV surveys for developers, carried out to the adopting water company's specification.
- High-pressure water jetting: pipe cleaning before surveys, and blockage clearance.

Can you survey large-diameter sewers?
Yes. Our pan-and-tilt crawler cameras cover pipe diameters from 100mm to 2m.
Do you carry out Section 104 surveys?
Yes. We carry out pre-adoption CCTV surveys to the relevant water company's specification.
Do you repair drains or carry out excavation?
No. We specialise in CCTV surveys, condition reporting and high-pressure water jetting. We don't carry out repairs or excavation.
